ABOUT ME: I have spent the last 28 years working in law enforcement as a 911 operator and police dispatcher. I have personally seen a close family member fight cancer and witnessed the debilitating effects of cancer and its treatments on the body. As a result, I have begun a new career as a cancer exercise specialist.

EDUCATION: Carolyn is a registered 500 hr. Yoga Instructor (RYT), certified as a Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), certified as a Group Fitness Instructor through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), certified as a Spinning Instructor and an Instructor for Rock Steady Boxing program for Parkinson's patients.
SPECIALTIES: Yoga and spinning.

ABOUT ME: I love animals, kayaking, the beach, and cooking.
AVAILABILITY: Cheryl is the Fitness Supervisor. Her main focus is overseeing the personal trainers and pairing clients up with the right person for the best optimal results.
EDUCATION: Cheryl has a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Human Movement from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania. She is also certified as a Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).

EDUCATION: Elijah earned his Physical Therapy Assistant degree from Delaware Technical Community College. He is certified as a Personal Trainer through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
SPECIALTIES: Sports medicine, rehabilitation, physical therapy, geriatric fitness and rehabilitation, cancer rehabilitation and Parkinson’s disease.
ELIJAH’S FITNESS PHILOSOPHY: “Exercise is crucial in avoiding deconditioning and managing/slowing down the progression of diseases.”
ABOUT ME: I have 10 years of training experience and I am a personal trainer for physical therapy rehab patients by day.

EDUCATION: Gigi is certified as a Personal Trainer through (WITS) the World Instructor Training School and is CPR/AED and First Aid Certified. She has a Master’s Degree in Engineering from the University of Leuven in Belgium.

She is a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Health Coach, Medical Exercise Specialist, and Weight Loss Specialist all certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). In addition, she is a certified Yogafit Level 5 Instructor and a Rocksteady Boxing Coach, a program designed for people with Parkinson’s disease.

JEN’S FITNESS PHILOSOPHY: “I believe fitness and good nutrition are the keys to health and longevity. ABOUT ME: I develop programs for my individual and group clients that promote increased cardiovascular fitness, stronger muscles, and increased flexibility. I stay up-to-date on all the latest research in the fields of health, fitness, and nutrition and share relevant information with my clients to assist them in meeting and maintaining their health-related goals.

EDUCATION: Jim has a BS in Exercise Science. He is also certified as a Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and certified as an Exercise Therapist through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).
SPECIALTIES: Functional training, exercise therapy, strength and conditioning training.

Yoga Teacher Certification through Sierra Bender Holistic Yoga Therapy, which is a unique integration of the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body. She is also certified in Wellness Yoga through AFAA as a Sunrise Yoga Fitness Instructor. Always looking for new and interesting ways to keep fit, she became a Zumba Instructor in 2010 and obtained her Stroller Fitness Instructor Certification in 2009. Kate earned a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
