Autumn is a favorite season in New Jersey. The crisp weather, brilliant fall foliage, and popular annual activities like apple picking, pumpkin patch visits, and hiking to view fall foliage make it especially delightful.
According to NJ Hiking, peak foliage in New Jersey for 2023 is October 19th through 29th. While there are average times for color change, it really depends on several variables like temperature and rainfall. Trees at higher elevations turn color before ones at lower elevations. Leaves change first along water so head to areas with lakes, ponds, or rivers.
Hiking is a great fall activity to keep you moving and there are an abundance of trails for every level in and around Hunterdon and Somerset Counties.

Prestigious medical institutions also recognize the power of physical therapy in treating mental and emotional disorders. This year's theme is the "Value of PT." Its meaning goes beyond the cost savings of physical therapy to highlight the ways physical therapy improves quality of life.
Physical therapy is an effective and cost-saving treatment option for:

If you are waitlisted for a class and someone cancels, you will automatically be moved into the class and an email will be sent to you if it is within 2 hours of the class start time.
Two hours prior to the class, the waitlist closes and no one automatically gets moved in. The reason for this is the person being moved into the class may not get the notification in time, therefore, we are potentially holding a spot for someone who may not get the message. Members should check the portal/app or may call in within two hours of the start time to find out if there is an opening. In other words, the open spots become available to anyone at the two hour mark.
If you are on the waitlist and you decide that you are not going to attend, we ask that you please remove yourself. We also kindly ask that members who are unable to attend a class, cancel their registration more than 2 hours before the class begins. Please remember that if you do not cancel at all, you are subject to a $10 penalty.
If you refer a friend or family member and they join the Wellness Centers, you will receive a choice of $20 on your club account that can be used toward any service, product, or membership fee OR two free guest passes.
