Reducing Fall Risk in Cancer Survivors

HAVE YOU FALLEN IN THE PAST YEAR? DO YOU WORRY ABOUT FALLING? DO YOU FEEL UNSTEADY WHEN STANDING OR WALKING?

If you answered “YES” to any of these questions, you may be at risk for falls and should attend our screening program.

• 1 in 4 people age 65 and older fall each year
• Cancer survivors are at an increased risk of falls
• Falls are NOT a normal part of aging and can be prevented
