Michal was first drawn to primary care after volunteering as an EMT in Pennington NJ. In this setting he provided acute medical care and was there for patients in time of need. He found many of the same themes in his third year Family Medicine clerkship, and immediately knew the field was a right fit for him! Other aspects of the field that stood out to him are the longitudinal relationships Family Medicine doctors build with their patients, and the versatility of care they are trained to provide. While rotating through other specialties, he always found himself thinking of how primary care, and continuity, influenced the patient outcomes he saw. He is interested in preventative medicine, and sports medicine. In his free time he enjoys spending time outdoors, which includes activities such as cycling, trail running, and gardening with his wife.
