Mohs surgery is a specialized form of skin cancer surgery. There are two main benefits of Mohs surgery. First, it allows the highest cure rate out of any type of skin cancer treatment because 100% of the surgical margins are evaluated. Second, it spares the amount of normal skin that has to be removed. Dr. Varughese has performed thousands of Mohs and skin cancer cases and is delighted to serve patients at Hunterdon Center for Dermatology.
The Hunterdon Center for Dermatology participates in most managed care plans and is located at 63 Church Street in Flemington and also has an office at 6 Clubhouse Drive in Washington. To schedule an appointment with Dr. Varughese, please call 908-237-4124.
